Meet Lindsay

CRA-RP, ECP1, BCP2, BCP3

Certified Reiki Practitioner, triple-certified Emotion, Body and Belief Code Practitioner, Intuitive and your unofficial bestie, always in your corner.

My mission is to empower you to heal at the root and achieve real, tangible results; freeing yourself from the symptoms, emotional baggage and old stories that are holding you back from stepping into the truest, most vibrant version of yourself. You deserve nothing less.

Lindsay Currie is pictured sitting with her two young daughters, one on each side with arms intertwined, all smiling and sitting against a dark green wooden door.

I’m Lindsay — happily mid-life, on my third (and final) career, raising two pretty cool humans, back in the same city I grew up in, with my multi-talented husband who makes me laugh more than anyone (though admittedly, I’m a pretty easy laugh).

Lindsay is pictured here in the snow-capped mountains, and a blue sky in the background. She is smiling, her eyes bright. She has dark hair with bangs, is wearing a teal jacket and red lipstick.

How I got here

The expression “your pain is your purpose” has been true for me. Since childhood, I’ve faced a long list of health challenges, diagnoses and unexplained symptoms. I’ve seen specialists, had surgeries, done therapies, taken meds — but it only got me so far.

All I wanted was to feel better.

I refused to accept it was as good as it could get for me. So, I’ve spent close to 20 years blending conventional medicine with alternative, biohacking (before it was cool, TYVM) and making countless lifestyle changes to better my health, any way I could. And educating others to do the same.

I have seen that you can only truly heal when you address the whole person, not just treat the disease or mask the symptom.

Don’t get me wrong: I’m pro-conventional medicine, surgery, medication and therapy. And I’m a proponent of naturopathy, osteopathy, acupuncture, meditation, somatic work and energy healing. It doesn’t have to be either/or. It’s about finding your way — beyond the diagnosis, the chronic or incurable labels, and the limits you've been given.

I just wanted to feel better. What I got was a happier, healthier and truer version of myself.

I want that for you, too.

The transformation

“Energy healing” wasn’t even on my radar until it became the key to my level-up. Not only did I finally feel better, but I quietly evolved into what feels like a truly upgraded version of myself.

My pain decreased, symptoms faded, my energy returned, my nervous system regulated, and my mental health improved. Even my skin cleared! I felt better than I had in years.

But I also felt more content than I knew I could. I was uncharacteristically calm, patient, and aligned. I felt more peace, joy, self-trust and ease.

I watched parts that I thought were just “me” fall away: the pleaser part, the pessimist part, the defensive part…

They weren’t personality traits, they were symptoms — old programming and coping mechanisms created from pain, struggle, and unresolved trauma.

Lindsay is pictured here looking at her phone, sitting on a blue velvet chair at a wooden table with a white coffee mug and green plant. She has dark hair and bangs and is wearing a lavender sweater.

I want this for you, too.

So here I am, in a career I didn’t see coming, that truly feels like my calling. Each part of my story has uniquely prepared me to partner with you as you navigate your own challenges and unlock your own capacity for deep, lasting healing.

The more I witness the transformations in others, hear the joy in their voices as they share their stories, the more I know there’s nothing I’d rather do than share this with anyone that’s looking for more.

If you’re new to these concepts like I was and this sounds a little too good to be true, I totally get it — you don’t have to believe it yet, just suspend disbelief, trust your curiosity and take the next step: reach out, ask questions, or jump in and book an intro session — I’m here to support you, every step of the way.
