Why Belief Code?
Our unique beliefs are the filter through which we view life. They shape who we are and influence everything from our personality, emotional responses, decision-making and self-esteem to your behaviours, relationships, career and finances.
Negative belief systems can be the reason behind your negative patterns, self-sabotage and stalled progress (and much more).
The Belief Code allows us to release the hold these faulty belief systems have on us. Faulty because they no longer align with your conscious mind. They’re often rooted in childhood, before you could discern true from false, right from wrong. Some aren’t even our own, passed down energetically from parents or even for generations.
Think of faulty belief systems like outdated software; irrelevant, old programs running in the background of your mind, controlling how you think, feel, behave and move through the world. By releasing them energetically, we take away their power and break the cycle.
What to expect
Whether in person or on Zoom we start every session by getting clear on your focus for the session. This could be anything from self-sabotage, insecurity, or fear of being seen, to chronic pain, anxiety, autoimmune issues, or feeling stuck in love or career.
With your goal in mind, we use muscle testing to access the subconscious like we do with Emotion/Body Code. Using the Belief Code system we can quickly decode the layers of your faulty belief system (negative programs, limiting beliefs, and fault core beliefs) along with any relevant details like the age of occurrence, if it was inherited from a parent/ancestor, etc.
Next, we identify any connected imbalances in the body — a mini Body Code session — to clear trapped emotions, mental programming, and other energies linked to the belief system. Releasing all of these together dissolves anything connected and prevents it from regenerating.
Then we release the belief system in its entirety, belief by belief, releasing the energy behind it and its power over you.
Sessions typically last about an hour or more, depending on complexity.
Invisible self-sabotage
